It’s always a tough question to answer when someone asks if I charge per project or per hour. One thing is for certain and it’s a common mistake among hourly consultants is that they underestimate, usually by half, the time requirements to get the job done. If you prefer to pay for the time you get that’s fine or if you care that the project just gets done by however means possible that’s ok too.

The following services are currently available. You can read about what the service is to get a better idea of what you can expect. The rates show are an estimate of what you can expect to pay. When you boil it down they’re more or less time estimates multiplied by an hourly rate. Once you’ve done that, I’ll get back to you with any additional questions I may have in regards to making the project fit your needs. We’ll settle on a final flat rate and go from there. • WordPress Upgrade: We’ll take your existing wordpress website and upgrade it to the latest version. A back-up will be made just in case things go wrong. Price: $150
• WordPress Blog Integration: If you have a website and you just want to add a blog to your existing cool design, we can help. - Price: $250-325
• WordPress Theme Customization: Some of you might already have a working theme design and need to make some adjustments. This covers simple layout changes, additional features, plugin integration, etc., whatever it may be we’ll be happy to help. - Price: $175-300
• WordPress Theme Design: A design can make all the difference in whether or not you have readers or not. Whether a new design from scratch or a design based on elements of an existing project, design is something we always enjoy. Unless otherwise requested or required, all layouts are built from the ground up in valid XHTML and CSS. - Price: $250-$1,375
• WordPress Powered Website: Would you like to have your whole website powered by WordPress? This one is. There are a ton of benifits that you get by having WordPress as the core of your website. WordPress is a state-of-the-art semantic personal publishing platform with a focus on aesthetics, web standards, and usability. - Price: $450-$1,750
• Plugin Development: WordPress comes with two plugins: one that checks comments for spam and the other shows a random lyric on your website. There are a lot out there, but if you find a need that doesn’t exist, we’d be happy to crack the knuckles and start whacking out a new plugin especially built for you. Psst. if you want, we can set it up to be resellable and you can earn royalties on your cool idea. - Basic Plugin Price: $200-450 - Advanced Plugin Price: (Contact for quote)
• WordPress Phone Support - Looking for a little extra help getting started with WordPress? Wanting someone to walk you through some of the basics? On a “time available” basis I’m happy to offer WordPress consulting and support over the phone. Price: $75 per call (Up to 2 hours) - $65 for each additional hour
• PSD to WordPress - If you’ve already got a design in Photoshop and want to turn it into a Blog, send it to us and we’ll code it into valid XHTML/CSS, then convert it too a fully functional WordPress theme, ready for immediate installation. Price: $325-450
