Process Management
Meeting
A technical specialist will meet with each client at their place of business to get a better idea of how the business operates and what is important to the bottom line. They will go over what it will take to make your investment worthwhile and your customers happier.
Proposal
After the specialist has had the opportunity to meet with the client, they will then prepare a formal proposal. This proposal defines what Azurite Design will do to and will also provide the vision, a graphical demo of what the site might look like, and the financial details of the agreement. Once approved by both parties, the proposal will be signed as a binding contract and the work can begin.
Preparation
Once a proposal is accepted and has been signed, we will require any official company images, copy, or other media such as forms at this time. A detailed timeline will also be provided after this checklist is complete.
Building Phase
This is the lengthiest phase of the project. Attention to detail is a must, which will ensure you, the client, get what you pay for. The building phase takes place in a private testing environment off site, usually on our servers. You can check in from time to time to check on the progress of the site, or wait till the weekly debriefing at which deliverables are made available for your review.
Testing
After we think the building phase is over, there will be time left to test out the end product with you and your team. At this point, we request that the client provide feedback to us regarding any modifications that are necessary prior to the official launch of the web site.
Launch
Usually over a weekend, all files and databases will be copied over and a final “test drive” will commence. When you come into work on Monday morning, you’ll have a new web site that you’ll be proud of.
