Simple Steps to a Perfect Fit
How to Order
Unsure about how to get the perfect fit for your custom table protector? Our easy-to-follow guide takes you step by step through the measuring and ordering process, ensuring a flawless, tailored fit every time.
1. Measure Your Table
Measure your table to the nearest 1/4" (0.5 cm) • L = The length of the table at the longest measurement • W = The width of the table at its widest point • T = The thickness of the table top • If you would like to protect the apron as well, include it in your thickness measurement
2. Find Your Shape
• Standard shapes include Square, Rectangle, Live Edge, Boat (curved sides), Rounded Corners, and Boat (curved ends) • Curved shapes include Round/Circular, and Oblong • Irregular shapes include Hexagon, Octagon, Shaped, and Ovals • Almost any shape and size is possible. For tables larger than the regular options, or for curved and irregular tables, please contact us directly for a quote
3. Calculate Your Group
Your custom size group is based on the total amount of fabric required using your length measurement, plus 2x your thickness measurement (L+Tx2) Standard Shapes • If your total is 68” (173cm) or less order size 1 • If your total is 68” (173cm) to 104” (265cm) order size 2 • If your total is 104” (265cm) to 140” (356cm) order size 3 Irregular Shapes • If your total is 54” (137cm) or less order size 4 • If your total is 54” (137cm) to 72” (181cm) order size 5 • If your total is 72” (181cm) to 90” (229cm) order size 6 • If your Width+Tx2 = 49” (125cm) or more, your table is wider than standard fabrics and requires seams. Please contact us for a custom quote
4. Choose Your Fabric
See our Discover page for categories and their features. Each listing is for a specific set of shapes and is colour coded for the fabric protection level.
5. Choose Your Colour
Select a color or order a custom sample package if you’d like to see the fabrics and colors in person.
6. Submit Your Photos
Put your measurement and table shape in the personalization section, as well as any notes or comments about your order. You can also submit a separate message with pictures of your table - an overall, as well as detail shots of the corners and edges.
